These rates and the adjustments set forth below are based on average billing period consumption as follows:
100-watt fixture: 47 kWh/fixture
175-watt fixture: 76 kWh/fixture
250-watt fixture: 110 kWh/fixture
400-watt mercury vapor fixture: 166 kWh/fixture
400-watt sodium vapor fixture: 176 kWh/fixture
Purchased Power Cost Adjustment (PPCA)
The utility shall, if the purchased power expense is increased or decreased above or below the base purchased power cost of $.07094/kWh sold, flow through to the users such increases or decreases, in accordance with New Mexico Public Regulation Commission Rule No. 550.
