2012 Annual Meeting quorum eludes CDEC

Grants, N.M. – Continental Divide Electric Cooperative was unable to register the 543 members it needed to achieve quorum for its annual business meeting on April 28, 2012 at Grants High School. This year, only 513 co-op members registered. Incumbent trustees Alfred Saavedra (District 5), Grant Clawson (District 6) and Lyle Adair (District 8) ran unopposed and retained their seats. No by-law changes were proposed to CDEC's membership this year.
