Large Industrial Transmission Service
This rate is open to all consumers within the utility's service area who contract for a term of no less than three (3) years for a minimum of 1,000 kilowatts and accept delivery directly from CDEC's wholesale power supplier's 115 kV transmission system without utility investment in distribution system facilities.
