By-laws of Continental Divide Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Herein are the rules by which Continental Divide Electric Cooperative, its management and governing board operate.
The by-laws cover topics such as how trustees are elected, co-op membership, member and trustee meetings, the annual meeting and duties of co-op officials. They also explain how CDEC disposes of revenue, capital credits and other co-op property.
CDEC’s by-laws were last amended on April 24, 2010 at the co-op’s annual membership meeting by a majority of members registered.
