Budget Billing

If you require a payment arrangement on a past-due balance, we must receive it in writing on the form below. If you prefer to fax it, our fax number is (505) 287-2234. Your request MUST include the information below:

  • The account number
  • The account holder's name (first and last)
  • The service location where you receive our service
  • The date you will pay a past-due balance
  • The amount you will pay on the date
  • A daytime phone, mailing address and email
  • Any necessary documentation
